Titus "sucker punch" maybe over-exaggerated?
Either the so-called sucker punch really has been blown out of proportion, or Burleson is the best PR guy the Detroit front office has at their disposal.

While I wish the best for Titus and love him playing for the Lions
My unbiased feelings are that I equate a professional job in football to that of any other. You won’t be around if you punch a co-worker, regardless of the issue, and would likely not be hired anywhere else in the same industry.
Of course, that type of thinking doesn’t fly in the entertainment field.

Hasn't hurt Blount
Mayby made him more valuable? Straighten out Titus, even if he was a punk, you’re better than that

Credit to Burleson for backing up Titus.
Either way I’d agree that these types of locker room confrontations happen often, and are also often blown out of proportion by lazy media.

caution obnugers....
I attempted to use the sarcasm font and totally screwed up the formatting for the rest of the thread. Kevan was kind enough to come on and delete the comments that included the sarcasm font and fix the formatting, restoring some semblance of normalcy. But what follows below is a very weird exchange brought about by using the code and symbols. So, be cautious. You, too, may be able to slay the OBNUG format protocol.

oh dear. Have I befuddled the OBNUG program? oh dear.
maybe mine is the only one that looks totally strange and blue? You are all looking at normal screens, while I’m here swatting imaginary flies. Good grief. I’m otta here.

why thank you, glasman.
I needed that. I was feeling pretty idiotic. Unless, of course, you were experimenting with sarcasm without the font… :-)
But I’m going to take your words and enjoy them, and thank you.

Just an observation
But isn’t “over-exaggerated” redundant? Like being killed to death?

hah! yes, but then, in some circumstances, so is SeniorChief. :)

Hey, don't blame me
The Navy made up the rank. Of course, it implies that there is a “Junior Chief,” which probably wouldn’t sit well with most E-7 sailors. At least the rank isn’t schizophrenic, like Sergeant Major. (Is it enlisted or officer? Flame away, jarheads and doggies! This squid can take it.)
