Kent State is the only other non AQ team that is ranked sitting at no. 23. As for Boise State's bowl opponent, with Stanford's upset over Oregon it's looking like either USC or Ariziona will bet he Pac 12 representative to the Vegas Bowl if that's where Boise State lands.

Conference expansion rumor: Rutgers to go to the Big Ten?

This rumor broke late Friday I believe and since people are still talking about it then I guess we have to move it from "laughable" to "still highly improbable." However, the rumor is that Maryland and Rutgers would jump from the ACC and Big East to the Big Ten and supposedly by tomorrow. Take this all with a huge grain of salt.

Boise State basketball beats Louisiana 63-57

Boise State is now 3-0 to start the season. Red shirt freshman guard Mikey Thompson came off the bench for Derrick Marks and contributed 13 points and 5 rebounds in 26 minutes to help lead the Broncos in a tight game. With just over 7 minutes remaining in the game, Anthony Drmic hit a 3-pointer to put the Broncos up for good 53-52.
