Jamar Taylor continues the DB legacy at Boise State
Chadd Cripe has a nice profile on senior CB Jamar Taylor this morning. Taylor talked about how as an underclassmen he learned from Kyle Wilson and Brandyn Thompson and how he has tried to carry on that mentoring role himself. He has aspirations to coach when his playing career is over. Hopefully that's after a decent stint in the NFL.
Boise State basketball signs two JC transfers
Coach Leon Rice signed guard Darnell Taylor and forward James Webb III. Taylor is currently a sophomore at Saddleback Junior College and Webb is a freshman at North Idaho College. Rice had two players leave the program last year and that opened up space for these two.
Missing Texas A&M receiver Thomas Johnson found safe
Johnson had been missing since Monday and a well publicized search had been underway to find him. Apparently police located him in Dallas unharmed but not other details were provided at this point.
