Matt Miller emerging as a leader for the offense

Here are more stories of Miller's toughness and how his teammates respect him for that. Miller has shown himself to be the most consistent receiver so far for Boise State as well as a great blocker. His block apparently sprung D.J. Harper for his 43 yard touchdown run against Miami.

Ohio State wrote a $20k check to Little Sisters of the Poor as part of NCAA punishment

The cut the check as part of the $338,811 they were forced to donate to charity as part of vacating the 2011 Sugar Bowl that should have never happened. They found Little Sisters of the Poor Sacred Heart Home out in Oregon to donate the money too. I think that's a very clever move on OSU's part as a tip of the cap to Gordon Gee's comment about us playing the little sisters of the poor. Well done.

John L. Smith is in serious debt

Life must not be easy for Smith these days.
