J.C. Percy has been a tackling machine

So far this year he has 56 tackles and is on pace for 121 tackles for the whole season. Byron Hout led the team last year with only 69 tackles. If he keeps it up, he would set the record for Boise State since the move to the FBS in 1996. That year Jeremy Haener recorded 119 tackles. Also good to hear that the players are excited about the black uniforms.

He highlights how Boise State's "program" and "culture" have come to the forefront in this highly unusual season. I think that's an important point to make. Boise State has developed a mindset to carry them through and gut out a couple of close, ugly wins even when things aren't clicking like normal.
