Boise State joins the Mountain West Conference today

Here to tell you how he feels about that is Boise State president Bob Kustra, LIVE from his office of leather bound books that smells of rich mahogany. 


Boise State's official entry into the Mountain West coincides with the conference relo of everyone else, too (Utah, BYU, Nebraska, Colorado). But enough about other people. The Broncos aren't in the WAC anymore! Here is some more coverage of Boise State's move:

Upset Blog predicts best case and worst case scenarios for the Broncos

The worst case scenario is an 8-4 season with losses to teams like Georgia, TCU, Air Force, and maybe Fresno. Upset Blog doesn't think 8-4 is all that bad. I think it is the seventh sign of the apocalypse. 

The Statesman is getting really good at this Freedom of Information Act thing

Ripped from the pages of BSU's budget submission to the State Board of Education, the Statesman reports that chartered flights are not cheap. The Bronco will spend $100,000 more on flights this year than last year, thanks to a more arduous travel schedule.
