If only Idaho had stepped it up in the 30s, 40s and 50s, built itself into a respectable world class research institution,
graduated some first class alumni, and remained in the Pacific Coast Conference when it reconstituted itself into the Pac 6, it might actually be getting some of those Pac 12 millions today.
