ESPN at its finest. (sarcasim)
I thought you would all get a kick out of this. Mark May and Lou Holtz agreeing that BSU SOS isn't good enough.....after ESPN had shared a graphic putting their SOS at 31st...ahead of Bama's. I Believe espn just hates on BSU after they moved to the MWC most seemed to have jumped the wagon. what are your thoughts.

I would pay a weeks worth of wages to hear Lou Holtz say, "Sufferin Succotash"!

Ok, Lou, Senior's ready. Just say his name and you'll be a category 3, Lou. :)

What May and Holtz really made a great case for is Sherman (Anti-Trust) Act
The Sherman Act is divided into two sections:
Section 1: “Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise, or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared to be illegal.”
Section 2: “Every person who shall monopolize, or attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any other person or persons, to monopolize any part of the trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, shall be deemed guilty of a felony.”
The second section describes BSU’s problem to a “T”!

I never TRULY believed the mNC was attainable for BSU anyway
I bet the BCS wouldn’t let them in even if they were the only team left undefeated. It would however be nice if our SOS woes were held to the same standards as those in AQ conferences. If the requirements are all about resumes then they should just put that into the BCS bylaws. The tricky part though, is trying to figure out which teams will be ranked when the scheduling happens. In the SEC, it’s pretty much a guarantee that there will be ranked teams on the conference schedule. However, Boise has to select teams from many different conferences and you never know who the ranked teams will be when the scheduling occurs.
For now, they just need to keep winning, hope for the best, and see where the chips fall.
