The site will become an athletic park housing a city football field (which will get the high school games off the blue) and a track and field complex (allowing the track to be removed from Bronco Stadium).
Once that track is gone…permanent seating upgrades at Bronco Stadium will become possible.

Best things about lowering the field?
- Fans closer to the game/crying WAC opponents.
Built in Corey Barton house seats.- New turf that doesn’t look disgustingly sick in the rain and on ESPN cameras.
