The Hawaii Warriors are going bowling, much to the surprise of everyone outside of Hawaii and probably even to the surprise of Hawaii head coach Greg McMackin.
Courtesy of a 24-10 win over Washington State on Saturday, the Warriors will be the main attraction of the Hawaii Bowl, played regrettably last year by Boise State. Get [...]

Jack Sula, a RB/LB from Carson HS (California) who signed a letter of intent with the Broncos in February, has committed to play for Hawaii instead. Greg McMackin lured him with the promise of playing time at running back and lots and lots of Coca-Cola.
“Hawai’i is the perfect place for me,” Sula said.

Brandyn Thompson had an incredible game. The Bronco defensive line ran over and through Hawaii blockers. Ellis Powers maimed someone (pictured at left). In short, it was everything Bronco fans could have hoped for and more.
We found many deserving performances from Friday night’s game, but there are only so many game balls to go around. Actually, that’s not true. Game balls are unlimited; our attention span is not.
