Time to put our serious analyzing hats on. What are we to make of the 2008 Boise State football season in the grand scheme of things?
The 2006 Fiesta Bowl team is easy to place - they were undefeated, won their BCS game, and finished No. 5 in the country. The 2004 team fit nicely into a box, too. They were undefeated but lost to Louisville in their bowl game.
The 2008 team? Who knows?

We had an interesting choice last night: watch the Presidential debates or do virtually anything else. We went with “virtually anything else.” At this point, we just want someone who can fix the economy and enact a mandatory college football playoff. We don’t ask for much.
