Seeking answers from Vinny Perretta’s blog
Posted in Boise State football on 16 September 2008

No one seemed to have any answers after the Broncos’ game on Saturday as to why the offense bogged down so suddenly in the second half. Coach Pete didn’t know, Kellen Moore didn’t know, Mark Johnson certainly didn’t know.
Maybe Vinny Perretta can shed some light on things. The Bronco senior is dabbling in blogging this [...]

The consensus following the Broncos’ victory over Bowling Green seems to be “they’ll need to play a whole lot better to beat Oregon.” Well, obviously. They’ll need to have a nearly perfect game to beat the Ducks in Eugene, and a perfect game is entirely possible from this Boise State team. We’ll have much more [...]

Anyone watch the North Carolina - Rutgers game last night? Fortunately, I didn’t, but I did see the final score. And I did not see that coming. A 44-12 North Carolina win. Interesting. Now the question has to be asked: Does anyone know how good Fresno State is? If the Bulldogs struggled to beat the [...]

Homecoming without Idaho is hardly Homecoming
Posted in Boise State football, Headline on 11 September 2008

Homecoming week is here, and who better to guide you through the festivities than Dustin Lapray, Boise State’s heavy-handed chaperone. “No splitting those infinitives, kids; now let’s get our ballroom dance on!”

One good thing to come from the homecoming celebration is that it all sounds pretty lame and Boise State players aren’t all that interested. Hmm, kind of like the Idaho State game. Lapray broke down the annual festivities and even provided a list of events, one of which involves dignitaries. Nothing says party like dignitaries.

After the jump, find out what other kinds of shenanigans will take place.
