June is usually a good recruiting month for the Broncos and this June has been no different. Last night, just as the USWNT was finishing off Colombia, the familiar refrain emanated from Bryan Harsin's twitter account—hinting at the arrival of another verbal. In fairly short order, the news was confirmed straight from the (soon-to-be) Bronco's mouth, and WR Julian Carter from Saguaro High in Scottsdale, AZ (and formerly of Horizon HS) announced his pledge because winning is fun.
Proud to say that I am officially committed to play football at Boise State #ATF pic.twitter.com/F1BBz89Xdf

Carter is already 6'3" and 190 lbs. and caught 47 balls for nearly 700 yards and 7 TDs last season. His highlight tape, below, has "corner fade" written all over it (which makes viewing it rather difficult). Carter had 8 total offers before opting in, among them: Nevada (Polian tears sustain me), Idaho (snicker), New Mexico, New Mexico State, Colorado State, and Hawaii. Carter is a rated a 3-star by the 247 and Rivals/Yahoo and is the 7th known verbal commitment of the 2016 class.
