Tell me about your first time?

Did you have to do it late at night? Did you do it with a bunch of people, not caring if they heard or saw you? Did you do it alone, not wanting every one to hear you yell or make animal noises? So tell me when, where, and why, you sat down to watch your first Boise St. game? Pardon all the grammatical errors, I was an ace in composition class but, that was years ago. Well here's mine I'll try to keep it short and sweet.

I'm what you call a late bloomer. In grade school I didn't pay much attention to any teams outside of the Pacers and the Colts. When it came to H.S. I chose to play rugby due to, well every one played rugby and well I kind of wanted to stand out so, again really didn't pay attention to many sports teams other than rugby. Then came college where I first heard of Boise St. Heard of the the team being called David with a weird blue field beating the Goliath of Oklahoma. I had first caught a snippet of BSU playing was when they were bowling against ECU. For some reason I was a bit bummed they were losing. Next game I caught was a few minutes of when BSU v. Hawaii of 2007 and still fro some reason I was disgruntled that they were loosing. Caught them again in '09 when my roommate was flipping through channels only staying for but a minute or two when he wasn't interested in seeing a this band of misfits beating Oregon.

So came the year 2010. I knew BSU was going to be playing Oregon again at BSU and, thinking I can finally watch a game on this blue field that they were known for. But, what really got me pumped was the trash talk Legarette Blount had started. So I did my research on Boise getting to know what they were about and i could relate to them. Being a bunch of players that had a chip on their shoulder and being about their blue collar work ethic. I really looked up to this team. A team I could really relate to. Worked hard through-out grade school and H.S. Every time when the conversation came up on what sport I had played, people would snicker and say you don't look like you'd play rugby. I'd reply why because I'm not big? They had inspired me really to push my self, to do things other told me I couldn't. When the time came in college I took on the role of being captain and co-coach of the rugby team. Using the morals and principals of what Coach Peterson and what Boise St. stood for and instilling them with in my team-mates and what I believe in to this day. Never let anyone tell you you can't do something, work hard and attack the future. Go Broncos.

I hope you enjoyed and was able to make something out of this goobbly gook.
