Bronco fans rejoice! As of this morning, kickoff is a mere 141 days away! That is a scant 140 shopping days, between you and me.

With that in mind, and an at least one eye on attacking the future, we (Bronco Nation) must take it upon ourselves to take it to the SEC the only way we can (until August 28, anyhow). We can win the Spring Game attendance battle. I had no idea they measured such things...but evidently they do.

Regardless, it seems heads are indeed counted, and these things matter. Therefore... #thisisyourchancetostickittoLSU. #twentythousandfanscouldeatalotofchurros. #nowi'mjusthashtaggingtoreachaminimumwordcountforafanpost.

Here is where you can read up about spring game attendance figures so far this long, long off-season. If visiting a link (CFT) makes you nervous (think: Rick Roll (don't click that link...)), then you can just peep the attendance figures registered and reported below for Spring Games thus far. I'm no scientist, but I think 20,000 would put us atop that list. And even though Bama may bring 40 to the yard, LSU can never get above that 18,565 high water mark...unless they issue a recount after "losing" to a middling MWC school.

Here is a look at the spring game attendance figures confirmed through April 7.

  1. LSU – 18,565
  2. Michigan – 15,000
    Ole Miss – 15,000
  3. BYU – 6,500
  4. Troy – 5,500
  5. Cincinnati – 5,400
  6. Duke – 4,000
  7. Baylor – 3,750
  8. Appalachian State – 2,500
  9. USF – 2,000
  10. Bowling Green – 600
  11. Air Force – 300
