I was waiting for someone to post about last night's game, but still nothing, so here goes...

Did anyone watch/hear about it?

First of all, this win is what will get us into the tournament in my opinion. We could be looking at the FIRST EVER at-large bid by Boise State! We're making history, people.

Last night was only the second sellout of the year, and the 16th largest crowd EVER. Props to Bronco Nation!

After Colorado State beat us by 20 earlier this year, we needed to show the country how good we really are. So, Derrick Marks decided to take over. Marks shot 11 for 11 from the field (yes that's right) with 33 points in the 2nd half alone. He single-handedly outscored CSU in that half!! Marks' 38 total points are the 5th most in Bronco history.

Boise State won by 13 against a very good, very BIG team in CSU. Before last night, Colorado State led the NATION in rebounding, and the amazing thing is...we out-rebounded them last night!

Boise is on fire, you guys, and I for one am excited to watch their progress the next few years. This group of mostly sophomores and juniors is going to make some noise!!

Also, give Coach Rice a lot of credit for what he has done...we are lucky to have him! Last night's win was the 20th of the season, making it just the 10th 20-win season in school history. Rice is now the first coach in school history with two 20-win seasons in his first three years!

Anybody else excited to watch the Bronco bball team in the tournament?!? Let's hear it!
