Boise State lands first 2014 commit

The Broncos didn't have to go far to land their first verbal commit of the 2014 class. Just up the road, really. Rocky Mountain (Meridian, ID) DB Khalil Oliver has given the Broncos the early nod for his services and provides a nice kickoff to the 2014 recruiting derby. Oliver, a 6'1" 185 lb. defensive back, was 2nd team 5A All-State last season for the Grizzlies and had 43 tackles (5 for loss), 7 PBUs and 2 INTs. Oliver is also a track and field star at RMHS, where he's posted state-best jumps in the long jump and triple jump this year. It's a LOOONG way till LOI day 2014, but welcome aboard, Mr. Oliver.
