Hating New Mexico is equivalent to hating a puppy. Boise has lost more games than the Lobos have won this season, and that's saying something. (Pretty sure what it's saying is a cacophony of curse words rising from the Boise area, but still.) However, if the team is as much of a mess as the rest of Bronco Nation this week, we might be in for a game. They did only lose to SDSU by 5. This team can put up a few points apparently, but can they do it on Boise's
illustrious defense? We'll know on Saturday.
Sorry, guys, but thats as good as it gets. We're an 7-4 team having a difficult season, and the only thing I want to do is eat my feelings on Thursday in the form of turkey, stuffing, and lemon Jello dessert, and then watch a good old fashioned win in the cold on the Blue Saturday. Maybe I'll get drunk and cuss on Twitter while sitting in my warm living room watching on TV. Gotta get some joy somewhere!
So, New Mexico, today I'm going to say good luck and really truly mean it. I hope nobody gets hurt, and that both teams play to their abilities. However, Lobos, if you're thinking you're walking out of a frozen Bronco Stadium this weekend with a W, I think you're sorely mistaken.
