Doesn't sound good for San Diego State to return to the league. Seems (at least currently) that there are not enough votes for them to come back from the other teams. At least BSU had the "first option" as part of their return in an attempt to help San Diego State out.
Looks like the league is more interested in getting Brigham Young University back into the league if they can.
At this point does the Mountain West in general try and push to 16 teams before anyone else? Seems like they can get to fifteen teams easy enough so why not go for sixteen and be the first of the super conferences?\\
In an unrelated note, the Cleveland Browns are in Phoenix to interview Chip Kelly on Friday for the coaching position. So do we hear rumors of Pete to Oregon on Friday or Saturday?
