I noticed this provision that Brian Murphy of the Idaho Statesman highlighted in the new contract and no one is talking about it:
— Boise State has entered an agreement with a third party for its website, streaming video and web hosting until April 1, 2018. At that time, the rights will revert back to the Mountain West.
I remember back in the old WAC days when I could watch any Boise State game online through Broncovision. Is this the return of that experience? What are the specifics on the rights? Who is the third party (is ESPN3 out of the question)? And what specific rights would be reverted back to the MWC? Anyone have any insight on this one?
