And after that game last night, rightfully so. They didn't belong on the field against FSU. That isn't to say they didn't deserve to be in the game, as per the rules of the BCS, but they just didn't match up with FSU. At all.
Apparently because of the new year, KTIK has now converted to CBS Sports Radio. (If you were wondering, honestly, it isn't much better than ESPN Radio. Arguably worse because 1/2/2013 is literally the first day so the productions had some hiccups, except for Jim Rome). Each show disussed NIU very lightly. And what I thought was interesting/cool was that Boise State was very highly regarded as far as non-AQ quality. Considering Boise State is the only non-AQ that has won a game STILL in the non-AQ, I guess it makes sense.
So where does that put the non-AQs status-wise in relation to future access?
Where do you stand on the NIU team that showed up last night?
(For the record: 2010/2011 Boise State teams would have embarrassed FSU and 2012 would have at least made it a game, if not won it.)

This content was not created by OBNUG and therefore may not meet our standards. On the contrary, it probably exceeds them.
