Would much prefer Broncos to be in the Pacific Division. Make Hawaii go to the Mountain and play in Laramie in November. However, if that is not possible, let's go with:

NW- BSU, CSU, WYO, USU, Fresno, SJSU

SW- UNR, HI, UNLV, NM, AF, SDSU

Make Nevada a permanent cross-division rival so Broncos play them every year, and rotate through the rest. Fewer chances for Air Force to tear up knees.

Most rivalries maintained. There is a problem because Air Force has to choose between WYO and CSU as a permanent rival, or I guess they could be guaranteed one of them every two year cycle.

Probably won't happen, probably just go Mountain and Pacific, but it would sure be nice if it could work out a little bit differently for the Broncos.
