Living in the shadow of the Wastach front, I am learning to deal with the irrational fan base of BYU and their understanding of the game of football. They just got beat by a team playing their back-up QB and running back and who think they should put 1,547 fans on the field during the game to shore up their defense.
That BYU lost is not as important as how they lost: mental mistakes and living on the edge. BYU doesn't appear to understand that you can run and throw between the hash-marks and let's hope they don't learn it before Thursday. We are beasts on the edge on defense and our O line proved that they are more than capable of opening up holes for DJ when not playing against 300+ lb linemen opposite them.
Thoughts? (Please no BYU bashing-other than on the field stuff; I do have to live here)
