Kellen leads the team down the field in the 4th Quarter, makes up a trick play on the sideline... and scores the winning touchdown!
Sounds like any other ho-hum dramatic come-from-behind Boise State performance for Kellen Moore, but this time, it happened with his new team: the NFL's Detroit Lions.
His stats may not have been spectacular (17 of 30 for 211 yards), and once again drops plagued his receivers. But he was consistently throwing over the Offensive Linemen, and most importantly, had ZERO INTs. The guy sure knows how to protect the ball.
According to a blogger at PrideofDetroit, Kellen had "only one bad pass all night". Wish I coulda been there.
