Boise State officially leaves Mountain West for Big East

The Broncos sent letters to the Mountain West presidents around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night with just two hours left to go before the deadline to withdraw. Talk about cutting it close. Although, to be fair, this is the same way I used to write 20-page papers in college, so I get it. Procrastinate, panic, produce.

At which point we can finally stop talking about the Broncos and conference realignment. Unless the Big West says no. In which case we'll have to start all over again.
