OL Andrew Tercek from San Antonio, TX just tweeted this moments ago. Tercek is rated the #19 Center in the nation by Scout.com and looks like he plays some OG as well. Tercek (6'3" 285 lbs.) is the 5th known commit for the 2013 class and the second straight offensive lineman (Eli McCullough of Rocky Mountain committed last week). I think I'm supposed to mention that verbal commitments are non-binding.
