Felix won the javelin event and posted a personal best in discus good for a 6th place finish there. He had enough of a cushion going into the last event, the 1,500 meter run, and ended up finishing first with 8,062 points. Romain Martin of Texas-Arlington came in second with 7,956 points. Felix will begin preparations for the London Olympics where he will compete for his native country Grenada. Can't wait to watch him!
Boise State shows up five times on the schedule, all on NBC Sports Network. Those games are 9/15 vs. Miami (OH), 10/13 vs. Fresno State, 10/20 vs. UNLV, 11/10 @ Hawaii and 11/17 vs. Colorado State. The Michigan State, BYU and Nevada games will be on ESPN. That only leaves New Mexico and Southern Miss as games without a network. Hopefully they'll be available nationwide in some fashion.
Well, at least on FSU trustee wants to push for it. It would be a smart move for Florida State as long as they are still in the ACC.
