NCAA releases decision on Boise State appeal

The NCAA has just released statement on Boise State's appeal for spring practice reductions and scholarship reductions. They have decided to uphold the spring practice reductions; however, they have decided to send the scholarship reductions back to the NCAA Committee on Infractions for further reconsideration.
