Making sense of Boise State's spring testing results

Did you hear? Boise State players are fast and strong and whatever the pro agility drill is. Seriously, what is a pro agility drill? Is it like a steeplechase? Is it an Under Armor thing?

For that matter, what is a hang clean and a back squat and a three-cone drill (other than a drill with three cones in it, obviously)? I turned to the Internet for answers ... and for dog birthday pictures, but mostly football answers.

Michael Atkinson did this to the tune of 380 pounds. Meanwhile, I just got a hernia watching this animated gif.

Again, Michael Atkinson is a strong man. He back-squatted 575 pounds, also known as a quarter ton.

Drew Wright was third best at 515 pounds. Doug Martin must have left Wright some of his muscle milk.
