It's official: LaTech, FIU, North Texas, and will join CUSA in 2013 along with CFB's newest FBS program Charlotte and FCS upgrade Old Dominion, as soon as they are eligible for FBS play. So what's next? Is the "Alliance" still on as CUSA grows to 14 while the MWC is stuck at 10? I only ask because in the end it affects Boise State in some way. I just don't know how yet.
