Bronco Coaching is really testing its metal for greatness. They have taken on Project R (Richardson), a raw OKG that is not a Plug and Play Guidance Guy, but such a new newbie with Zero experience. It reminds of a basement project, in a Romanian Castle , but with a wonderful goal. Coaching is a taking a great person, a great athlete, and making him a Great Bronco. Greatness is already defined in Richardson but can can coaching be defined by making him a great Bronco?
