He should be the
#2-#4 RB off of the board, only one I’d want over him is Richardson. I haven’t looked at too many mock drafts or know who has the picks but I’ll guess he’ll go somewhere between #24-#40. Most impressive RB I’ve seen play live, including Blount, Jaquizz Rodgers, Ian Johnson, Brock Forsey, Jeremy Avery, DJ Harper(I’m sure I’m missing a few). I’d have DJ and Blount tied for #2(although Blount seems like a better pro prospect).
I like him more than TR and think he will have the beeter pro career
DM put on weight for the Senior Bowl and still came in looking like a Body Builder. That means there’s a good chance he can add more if he wants.
DM is 4 inches shorter than TR and only 5 pounds lighter. This gives him the same power potential on a frame that has a lower center of gravity and will take les head up shots.
DM is, by far, the better and more experienced pass blocker (a huge deal in the NFL for RB’s) and excels at identifying the blitz presnap.
I don’t know for certain, but DM appears to have better acceleration and a sixth gear that is visibly faster than TR.
DM is a team first guy, excelling at blocking downfield for teammates.
DM is outstanding on swing passes to the flats and shallow middle, consistently making the first guy miss and gaining positive yardage after initial contact.
DM is naturally strong, lifting and squatting with the OL’men. This puts him into TR’s strength category. I expect DM to be comparable in bench and long/broad jumps while outperforming TR in all shuttles, 40 time, and vertical (taking DM’s 4 inch height disadvantage into account).
The guys on my Dallas Cowboys blog laugh at me for wanting to trade down if TR falls to us and select DM instead (if we were to take a RB) but I believe time will show me to be right in this matter.
If I had to bet, I’d pick Doug Martin to be the Broncos first Hall of Famer, barring injury.

Am confused
McShay says “not a homerun hitter like Miller or Wilson.” Wonder how many 100 yd kickoff returns, 70+ yard screen passes and 83 yard TD runs those two have?
None. They're obviously baseball players, hence the homerun reference.
No?

BTW, CDR
I checked my bill last night after you left, and I wasn’t charged for that Buttface I owe you. Don’t know how that happened, but NEXT TIME!

We may have overwhelmed Kaycee...
…our hard working waitress. No matter, a do-over is in order. But I owe you the beverage on general principles and from grateful intelligence consumer (me) to intelligence provider (you).
Blame the kids I trained, then
I’ll bet I was long gone by the time of that Med episode.
But I’ll be happy to drink a Buttface for them. Somebody’s got to do it.

I would literally pee myself.
First I get Titus, and then Doug?? I don’t see us using another high pick on a RB though. If I had to bet, I say we take an insurance running back in the fourth. I’d be ok w Robert Turbin. The real possibility is us taking McClellan if we lose Tulloch in free agency—actually, it’s a good possibility even if we keep him.

I want all Broncos to go to one or at most two teams...
too hard to root for all 32 teams, as its getting to be.
