what would be hilarious
is if, out of nowhere, sometime in may (or whenever really) they announce the move in 2012 as a go.
i’m technically saddened by it because it would have spiced up the schedule. but, of course, begs the question: do we owe an exit fee now that the mwc will no longer exist?

No, what would really be fantastic...
Is sometime in May, out of nowhere, we joined the Pac14. Yeah!

ugh!
Well I guess it gives us a bit of time to get the new QB some experience. But, if we’re in the MWC for another year I would hope we at least get a good team for our 13th game seeing as our conference schedule is quit possibly the weakest its ever been. But, if what we learned last night is any indication, I’m sure we’ll end up playing Prarie View A&M…
Ok
I guess I’m ok with it, given the instability of the WAC, and the uncertainty of life after Kellen. I’m dying to see an announcement that the WCC has accepted to take on BSU’s Olympic sports. That would solve everything. It kills me to think of how good the hoops team would be if it had a chance to compete in the MWC for years to come.
Now it appears Temple may be the 8th school in 2012
I’m okay with this. Let’s us rebuild in the MW, go undefeated, get the Non-AQ AQ spot and play in a BCS bowl. Also let’s us see what happens to the WAC before we actually put our other sports there.
Oh well
Potentially cheap or non-existent buyout and a year to rebuild.
oh well
As much as I wanted to go, this is probably the better move. Patience is a virtue.
