What can the Big East do to avoid more losses? - Big East Coast Bias
Invite Temple, So.Miss, Tulsa, ECU, and do something to get Air Force on board. Too bad BYU and Notre Dame will never happen.

Air Force
will probably be more receptive once Navy is officially on board, and after a season in the new cluster mess with revenue sharing (I don’t think anyone has thought of how bad that will be split 16 ways) and with the best potential recruits for football going to Navy rather than Air Force, might be some motivation as well. Temple won’t happen unless the Big East moves up Villanova as well, ECU could happen and Southern Miss although a decent football team has a virtually non-existent media market and can’t attract more than about 25K to their games.
What can the Big East do?
Tulsa would be a “taker” not a contributor.
1. It is a small private university with total enrollment under 4200.
2. Their stadium has a capacity of 30,000 and they do not have means of expanding it.
3. Their media market is ranked 61.
4. Attendance is pathetic. See link below.
5. Generally, they have poor fan support.

Temple and Air Force would be good.
ECU and So. Miss. would be fair but have non-existent media markets.
At least ECU has facilities and support.
BYU is still talking to the Big 12. If the Big 12 expands, it is high on their list.
