Roj has been a lifelong res of the area here in Idaho and one of the biggest long time supporters of BSU football….so yeah, he deserves my support…..know the history? shizz
I got no issues either way. I was always cool with him.
That doesn’t negate the fact he rubbed quite a number of people the wrong way on this site.
For you to come on here with a profile started in December of 2011 and accuse the vast majority of commentors of being a pack of jackals while, evidently, knowing there are some serious differences of opinions and then referring to him as “new blood” is simply duplicitous…pretty sketchy.

Something like this post is meant for facebook, where you can share it with your friends that actually care what you do on a day to day basis.
I come to OBNUG for the humorous spins on Boise State-related news, the high-quality writing, and the friendly community. When I open up a FanPost, I expect to see something that is either informational or interesting, or an opinionated piece relating to the happenings in college sports. This post is none of those. I don’t see how anonymously poking fun at TCU or Georgia on a site (such as ESPN) where people from all other fan bases can see it, helps the perceived reputation of Boise State fans.
If you enjoy trolling other fan bases, I can’t stop you. But please do not publicize your “exploits” in the fanpost section, which when I click on it, I stumble into something that looks like someone spent two minutes writing and is really just a letdown when I expect it to be something interesting. Sorry if I am a Debbie-downer, but I am tired of posts like these.

Grow up tp the real world people – U have No Humor. At Age 52 and a Bronco Fan of 41 years = Life does exist outside onbug. At this point in my trying to bring outside world humor to onbug I have found ot to be too lame for me I guess. But Hey __ No One Forces U to read it! No one ON Her seems to want to support Boise on a National Level and The “Clean” writting U bost about is at times can seem whiney, lacks wisdom, and is paranoid a lot of times = All I am is a flip of the coin but I wont beg to Stay on here, I was shooting for smiles, not thrown rocks. Then again I may be writting to 12 year olds here. Farcebook, I dont have an account – I go nowhere when all I can do is vote thumbs up (as per my poll above) Most here just seem to harp on the Bad U dont Like humor and/or have none., I write the humor and Even if Explain myseld first !!. I have Been Cool to doubters so far But since most my Onbug fans seem to be “snobs” and Not allow all opinions = Nor can most respond in a humorus Polite way I feel its time to move on – I dont need this kinda treatment from Bsu fans – I didnt realize what whiney snobs most U have became over the last 5 years – then again U may be 12 year olds ?? or teens ?? I wrote 1 Prior story explaining i’m trying to learn the more “peaceful” onbug vs, Espn, Fox, ect. 80% of my stories are criticized by people hiding under their blanket within the upper Treasure valley and or Old and lack spunk = U embaraass what I and the Nation felt were true Bronco fans – Bold, Wise Outgoing, Friendly. At least I write a stories and just dont complain about it only when I speak = So sa- la vie, I wont waste anymore of your nap time. I didnt realize most here were still on the bottle. Yes = I have, up to now Responded Kindly to threats but I aint feedin a Boize onbug horse no more, THX though to the few who have been kind, Please understan, I neednt write for an hour just to be criticized. I say, post what ya like and if people don’t like it then that’s on them. If you’re past the age of eighteen, nobody should be taking time to lecture you about right and wrong. Rules like not using foul language makes sense, this type of lecture is junk. If you don’t like what someone posts, next time you see a post from them DON’T READ IT.

I appreciate your opinion, and happen to share most of it...
however, using “gurl” as a slur is an insult. As a teenager, and I don’t care if you are a male or female, you should be aware by now that using terms for females in a derogatory fashion is uncouth.

I’m sure you didn’t mean to be sexist…you just didn’t think about the terminology. People are so used to hearing insults, even from people we respect, that it is easy to slide into it. Thanks for considering other ways to slam someone…seriously. Take dUi, for instance…they take a lot of grief from OBNUG, and deservedly so. Slamming is therapy, similar to kickboxing.:)

You can post whatever you want.
But I still feel contributions in the fan sections should be clean and tasteful. When you post something, I feel it should at least meet a few criteria:
1. The post is Boise State related.
2. The post has some inherent value contained within it, whether that be informational, humorous, or opinion-related. If it is an opinionated piece, it should be well-thought out.
3. It is clean and there was at least an effort to organize the thoughts into paragraph format. This is not an AOL chat between two 12-year old girls littered with LOL, OMG, and CAPS LOCK ON. We are not damn animals.
4. Finally, that it is respectful or in good fun (such as U of I jokes, pictures, etc.)
If it doesn’t meet these criteria, I will likely be disappointed and think to myself that it is just another pointless post and will just press the back button. Please keep in mind, that I am in no way affiliated with OBNUG, and these thoughts are purely my own and usually what I use to judge a post when I see it. It doesn’t matter if your contribution doesn’t meet my criteria, just know that all I have to judge your anonymous identity by is what you put into your post. If you don’t care what other people think of you, this should have no baring on you.
Also, I just get irked when I see or hear about Boise fans taking shots at other teams, while still talking out the other side of their mouth and clamoring about Boise not getting enough respect. I think the TCU jokes are funny, but when you shove it in the face of TCU fans, it isn’t going to do any good. Same goes for the Georgia situation. For example, nothing made me more sick than that TCU loss, and then reading some TCU troll’s posts after that loss last fall made it that much worse.

As far as I know, there are 3 ‘police’ at OBNUG. They are Nick, Keven and Drew. I think if someone posts something out of bounds, one of of them would handle that. People have a right to post what they like. I seriously doubt anybody needs another dad. If somebody posts something that doesn’t fall into one of your preconceived categories of what is appropriate, you might wanna start lookin elsewhere. Just sayin.
