I don't know much about wildwestsports but the author claims his source is Jaime Hixson Associate Commissioner of the MWC. He has divisional set ups and crossover games. The divisional set ups would be western and eastern with strong teams on both sides. At 16 teams it would be a super conference probably with a Championship game. Another rumor that would go along with this is that UNM athletic director Paul Krebs and Craig Thompson were on Albuquerque radio this week and reported that the MWC was renegotiating its TV contract with CBS or at the least looking to purchase back some or all of its TV rights.
