MWC Coaches departing en-masse

Holy crap, first Anderson and McIntyre (incoming Utah State and San Jose State programs) and now this. Nevada's coach Ault is retiring after 28 years. I understand a number of assistants are jumping ship as well.

Factor this in with DeRuyter willing to jump at the first sign of a better opportunity and we have to wonder what the future of MWC football is. Been talking with some Nevada folks and apparently they are the lowest paid in the MWC. Not a good thing when you are trying to replace a guy who's loyalty to the program has been nothing short of amazing.
