Obviously this could be a typo (maybe he meant $800K per year), either way it is a joke with no room for growth and development for our program. They claim that they are restructuring the contract to increase value, but when you are starting that far into the hole as compared to a contract with the nBE that "could be worth as little as $3-$5 million per year" that's a pretty tall order to make up that kind of value.
