CBS This Morning goes to bat for BSU and calls BCS "the great lie."
Wish I could embed the video but you'll just have to check out the link. This is a GREAT watch. We've had a lot of writers bringing out their torches and pitchforks to rally against the BCS and this is on par with the best of those articles except this is CBS video. Freaking awesome stuff and I love how front and center they put Boise State and the injustice of our position the past couple years.

Well done report
Without hammering the Sugar Bowl committee directly, which they certainly could have.
This just in – both Bama and LSU have already had breakfast and the buses leave for the Super Dome around 4:00 PM MTN. Gripping stuff from ESPN.
Boise State football is akin to molten lava. You can see it and perhaps run from it, but you can't stop it.
Wow! Rec'd, and rec'd, and rec'd again. (1+1+1=1)
Even got Charlie Rose talking about us, except that he says he’s looking forward to the Yawn Bowl tonight in the Stupordome.
This is a Must Read (and Must Watch).
Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they, too, have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexations to the spirit.
Sarcasm hopefully
It looks like they are faking their sentiment, but then again this the mainstream media.

Great story.
It’s nice to see some BCS backlash on a non-sports focused show.

Charlie Rose just about choked getting out his last plug for the SEC. Yech.
But the rest was AWESOME!

there is widespread dissatisfaction
got this text from my daughter today. She is a huge BSU fan and attends an SEC East school.
“One of my professors was talking about the natl championship and said the game was awful and playing the same team twice is really not right and then asked the class if they thought any other teams should have had a shot instead and one kid in the class raised his hand and said “I think they should have let Boise State take a stab at it. I would have love to watch that!” And the professor said “I totally agree!!” It was awesome. I my little heart welled up!"
Needless to say, I’m a proud Dad.

Rec'd for paternal pride and your daughter's preternaturally wise classmate
The battle for hierarchy is more intense the lower the class.
Great Job, Dad!

Vote with the remote
Many college football fans chose NOT to watch the BCS NC game, myself included. Evidently, the NC game received the lowest ratings since BCS inception. Given the widespread discontent with the BCS, TV advertisers are likely to have better bargaining power in negotiating rates for certain games as result of public sentiment. Perhaps, the BCS may feel a direct impact in their revenues from this year’s poor bowl selections. Their declining credibility and public dismay to include a few AQ schools should force some changes for next year. Time will tell.
