Lost another one of the good guys, far too young at 56. His was a name you heard a lot even though Tampa Bay wasn't all that in the day, but he was. Devoted himself to developing the University of south Florida which has come out of nowhere to make great strides (sound familiar?). When the very good ones go, it should be noted:NOTED.
