ACC strikes first; Pac12 interested in Oklahoma, Texas and Co.

The Atlantic Coast Conference decided to strike first and take the Big East school that it wants, rather than settle for sloppy seconds... or thirds. ESPN announced that the ACC has officially accepted Pitt and Syracuse, and according to many reports is also considering UConn and Rutgers. This leaves the Big East with seven, and possibly five schools.

ESPN also reported that the Pac12 is officially eyeing Oklahoma, Texas, OkieLite, and TexasLite.

So what does this spell for the future of the Big East and Big12. Do they survive? Who does the SEC take? Does the Big10 expand? What happens to Boise? Thoughts?
