NCAA report comes out Tuesday

The NCAA will release its findings in the investigation of Boise State athletics at 1 p.m. Tuesday, an attorney associated with the case said Monday.

David Leroy, a Boise attorney who represents the two former Boise State women's tennis coaches accused of wrongdoing, said he was informed of the report's release through an unofficial source in Indianapolis. His clients are Mark Tichenor and Tiffany Coll.

Boise State faced the NCAA Committee on Infractions on June 10 in Indianapolis. The school already has implemented self-imposed penalties but the NCAA could add to them, particularly if the committee upheld the charge that Boise State lacked institutional control in its athletics program.

The Boise State football program has three fewer scholarships this season and three fewer preseason practices in 2011 and 2012 as part of the sanctions.

Boise State officials weren't available for immediate comment.
