Georgia kick returner Brandon Boykin tweeted to Coah Pete daring him to kick the ball to Boykin. Well, Petersen was asked about it yesterday during his press conference and gave a very Petersenesque response:
"They have those kickers that coaches lose sleep over and the kick returner who wants a piece of me - and I don't even play," he said. "Don't direct that at me. ... I don't kick the ball. He's talking to the wrong guy. I'm shanking it out of bounds."
Your move, Boykin.
I have night terrors all night long. Related?
Richt refused to comment on the rumor yesterday. Rambo started every game last year and was second on the team in tackles and tied for first in interceptions.
I guess I assumed he was on Boise State's side but Bob goes out of his way to make it clear and I like it!

If you're in the Atlanta area on Friday night, check out this pub crawl in Buckhead.
Pat Forde won't let one OT loss on a bad kick to a Top 25 team on the road derail the Bus for this year and he can't wait to see Boise State take on Georgia.
I'll be checking out every rest stop on my way to Atlanta this weekend for this thing.
And I like his findings. There's no way things are as smooth as just four 16 team superconferences.
