Will the WAC still be there in 2013? Isn't it a violation?

So Boise State's basketball and Olympic sport programs are heading back to the WAC in 2013, when the football program "moves" east. That is two years away. Will the WAC still be there in 2013? The MWC just lost two teams, and may still lose a third if things change over the course of the next year. CUSA just lost three, and may lose more before this is all over. Will the MWC and CUSA pick the WAC apart, or will they merge and leave the WAC alone? If they pick the WAC apart, that will leave just the current non-football schools: UTA, Seattle, and Denver. Can a conference really attract new schools with just three schools? Where would Boise go? Why are we even looking back to the WAC? And isn't an FBS school not allowed to have teams in two separate FBS conferences? If the WAC doesn't cease to sponsor FB, wouldn't that be a violation?
