If OSU wins really, really big against OU tonight, the Cowboys just might jump Alabama for the #2 spot. We do not want that to happen. Why? Because, if LSU and Bama are both in the NCG then the SEC has two schools in a BCS game, and the Sugar Bowl will have to choose two at-large teams. But if OSU is #2 then only one Big12 school is automatically in a BCS bowl and the Fiesta Bowl might just choose a 10-2 K-State as its host team. Not likely, but it might. I wouldn't put it past them.

In other thoughts, if TCU does get the AQ spot for non-AQs which bowl takes them? Does the Fiesta Bowl want a match-up of future Big12 schools? If Boise makes a BCS bowl, does anybody want a rematch of this year's game, or the Fiesta Bowl two years ago, or the Poinsettia Bowl a year before that?
