I've never heard of the site before, but WalterFootball.com is saying that Billy Winn could be drafted in the second round and Nate Potter in the third round. No word on when Doug Martin is projected to be drafted.
Stewart Mandel lists the Top 10 college football stories of 2011
And the list is very depressing. 2011 is a good college football season to pack away and never see again. At least the list included a nod to Kellen Moore's record 50 career wins.
And Matt Hayes contributes impending BCS reform to Boise State's loss. He contends that if Boise State had gone undefeated, they would have played in the national championship and the BCS would be bulletproof. Obviously, I'd rather have that win against TCU and a spot in the title game.
At this point, the way that Nike photographs these things, they are always more disappointing when they actually hit the field. Because if there aren't giant blade wings coming out of LaMichael James' back, I'm going to be very upset.
It looks like unless West Virginia wins in court, the Mountaineers will be around until at least the 2014 season. Ditto for Syracuse and Pittsburgh. This could lead to a very interesting Big East in 2013 that would have 13 teams in the conference. That would mean a Big East Championship game for one year before going back down to 10 teams in 2014.
