Please choose your favorite game and report which one you like the best. I really like the Virginia Tech game since it introduces the Broncos to the east. Kellen Moore showed early signs of a competent surgeon. Vote on your best Kellen Moore game in your response. Enjoy I did.

Virginia Tech
Because they were too big, too strong, too quick and all that noise, then Kellen handled them.
If our defense played VT the whole game like we played them the first quarter we would’ve slaughtered them.. But when they didn’t Kellen and his veins of ice led a 2 minute drive in just 49 seconds.
Dude is a surgeon and will be missed..
easy..
The Oregon game at Oregon.. because that is when he knew he was great and had 4 years of greatness to look forward too..

Exactly right.
He went into Autzen Stadium as a freshman and cut the ducks heart out. That was warning shot that got every Bronco opponents attention for the next four years. I don’t think Kellen was able to sneak up on anyone after that, and yet having that knowledge didn’t do those teams any good whatsoever. For the most part, he knew what defenses were going to do before they did it.

RIGHT ON
Dr. Moore-oh was awesome… This was also the game Jeron Johnson became my hero. An Oregon co-worker complained the following Monday about how that was cheap…
And I was able to say… “that’s why they strap on helmets in big-boy football!!”
The angry silence was deafening. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

That was awesome!
My in-laws live 9 miles outside of Eugene and we just happened to be in town when that game happened. I didnt get to go but I watched it on TV. I have never heard an announcer whine about a hit that much. It was pathetic how they complained the WHOLE GAME about our “dirty” play. When really it was just hard hitting physical football that they weren’t expecting. I actually liked Oregon before that game but I have grown to dispise them because of the awful fans.

Oregon '08
Freshman. First road game. Autzen Stadium. 25 of 37, 386 yards, 3 TD’s, 1 INT. Against what was being touted as the PAC-10’s best secondary. Boise State got it’s first win vs a BCS school, a ranked school, a school that would soon go on to play in the Rose Bowl and the Championship Game, on the road. Kellen was awe-inspiring. Clutch. Fearless. Victorious. I’ll never forget the play in which he took the snap then acted as if he fumbled, then hit a wide open tight end down the field because the defense bit. Everyone knew who Kellen Moore was, and that was also the lone game that EVERY sports reporter in the universe said we would lose that season. It put Boise State front and center. That was, in my opinion, Kellen’s best game by a mile.
"#WINNING, Duh."
(comedian Frank Caliendo speaking as (John Madden) would say, "When...he runs..
… he looks like he’s going slower, which causes the defenders to slow down and miss the tackle. And that’s what that’s all about."
….found the following youtube vid with a picture of Kellen dashing away from a missed Duck opportunity to catch him…(@1.36min mark)

Edit:
Everyone knew who Kellen Moore was “after that”.

no love for Hawaii 2010??
Kellen went 30-37 for 507 yards and 3 TDs.
awesome, awesome game.
Thank you, Nick Adenhart. You will always be remembered. #34

Yeah..
I’ll stick with the Autzen bandwagon. VT & Georgia were great wins, other games he put up good stats, but that was his coming out party, and I remember it like it was yesterday.
Autzen because
387 yds and 3 TDs and he had at least 5 dropped that day
Completely unflappable in the noise
Nobody wins in Autzen, especially freshman QB’s
the fake fumble play
What about last years Hawai`i game
Moore only went for 500 yards in three quarters.
There is just nothing like a come from behind win, like the VT game.
That is when a quarterback IMHO, is at his best. Especially when their out of timeouts.
Great post Trapperpk, and as usual, I couldn’t help notice/enjoy the “DEFENSE” also.
If you ever wanted to see Boise St play...may be a good chance. Love em or Hate em, they are always interesting; and now, no matter where you live, "They're Coming To Your City"
VT game
What was the most memorable time of the game was that last drive. VT had its secondary 40 yards down the field trying to defend what they were sure was a signature gimmick play. As a result they gave Young and Pettis all the field to play with. LOL You could see Kellen laughing in the huddle LOL
I know, he had that Joe Montana kind of humor/confidence about him.
I can just hear Kellen, “Hey look guys, looks like that Hokie fan over there had a little to much moonshine.”
