As has been explained, they've got a lot of stuff they have to wrap up to end their independence and join but it sure sounds like they're planning on it happening. Navy AD, Chet Gladchuk also said that Air Force's decision to remain in the Mountain West and not join the Big East has absolutely no impact on Navy and that they see major stability in the Big East.
