Don't get me wrong, it's awesome that military personnel and charities will get to go, but proxy tickets?? The only problem is that Virginia Tech is left scrambling to pay the bill, and the Sugar Bowl (whose fault this was in the first place) won't be affected. These tickets are already paid for.
