Oh how I wish I used Twitter. I would start an occupy ESPN campaign to get Craig James fired. Is there a bigger tool in sports news? He hired a PR firm to help bring down Mike Leach at T-Tech and now he's cooking the books in the AP voter poll. I just read the article about his recent voting of Boise State in what was clearly a biased effort to hurt BSU in the polls. There are very few AP voters, so one voter's biased voting has a predictable outcome. This wasn't some sincere voting style of Craig James. Each voter knows how the point system works. Each voter knows the point margins in the polls. And, with so few voters, each voter knows the impact they can have on a team's ranking with their biased voting. This is why the AP has guidelines to prevent this kind of voting.
They finally cornered Al Capone by proving he cooked the books. Craig James has always been a tool, but now we have proof to send him packing (I know I'm dreaming). I just removed my ESPN account where I have enjoyed fantasy sports for quite a few years. I wrote them an email to let them know why. JOIN MY CAMPAIGN (pretty please)! Idaho Statesman Article
